Butler's Courtyard is a great location to host your next celebration, social meeting, or corporate event.

Located in downtown League City, Texas, our facilities span an entire city block. We have several areas suitable for gatherings of all sizes. Every event gets its own personal coordinator to help you plan your event and see that your needs are met.

Q. What is Butler's Courtyard?

We are an all inclusive wedding venue dedicated to helping Brides and Grooms have the day of their dreams.

Q. How many events do you do a day?

A.

The relationship between your Dedicated Office Team is a journey, not a destination. We are constantly looking for ways to expand our ability to serve you and your clients. Hand-holding is not necessary.

After the initial training period, please don’t expect us to settle with the status quo. Expect to be impressed!

Q. Can you hold my date?

A.

In order to secure your date a $1500 retainer is required, which will be your first payment. This retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Q. Do you have payment plans?

A.

Yes we do! After the retainer we will take non-refundable $250 monthly payment. Outside of those payments, ½ is due 120 days before your event and the other ½ is due 30 days before event.

Q. How many people can you accommodate?

A.

We can accommodate up to 250 people indoor/outdoor.

Q. What is included in your packages?

A.

Rose Cottage and The Shop for Wedding Party, event coordinator, catering, experienced DJ, bride’s cake, punch, coffee, experienced staff, security, chairs, tables, linens, wedding ware, centerpieces, set-up and clean up.

Q. What is not included in your packages?

A.

Your officiant, florist, photographer, and alcohol

Q. Can I hire my own vendors or must I select from your preferred vendors list?

A.

Our packages include the caterer, DJ, wedding coordinator, and wedding cake. We have a preferred vendors list to help you find an officiant, florist, photographer, and other miscellaneous vendors. It is always best to use professionals that work consistently with the venue.

Q. Do you provide alcohol?

A.

You are welcome to choose between our Bar Package for a $400 fee that includes the Bartender, ice, cups and napkins but requires the responsible party to supply beer, wine, and champagne . Or our All Inclusive Bar Package which consists of a full service bar company, includes Bartender, cups, ice, napkins and all alcohol/mixers. Cost is determined by guest count and type of alcohol served. Please call for more details.
